Wow, really full. to help your back, try lying on the ground and push the back, especially Hurtières parties with the right mouse button on the bottom. do if necessary ... when you wake up you feel like you have a massage. Then drink two glasses of water to remove garbage from your system. (just press everything from the muscles)

And for the rest ...... Here are some tips to help me if I do I fight a cold, a respiratory infection or flu .....

mg under a sinus decongestants with phenylephrine 5th not necessarily all the extras that are often mixed.
but if you want a few extras here: Guaifenisen (Mucinex is the brand, but it is much cheaper in dollars available. Always read the ingredients! liquefied) to the mucus, it is much easier to distribute. But you have tons of water, or not to drink, and be near a bathroom, because it does urinate a lot.
Ibuprofen is an excellent anti-inflammatory, but strong, and alternated with paracetamol, the need for pain, and headaches.

Essentials:

stay at home. (not even a day can make a difference. Plus, you will always be germs to himself.)
sleep. (strengthens the immune system)
Drink lots of water. (8 servings 8 ounces per day = at least!) (Pee germs and EM-color 'away!)
Taking vitamin C, zinc and echinacea. (Strengthening the immune system)
eat lots of garlic. (sorry, but it's really good for your health and give you a reason to stay home.:))

Avoid milk and chocolate. Dairy thick mucus and make them fight harder.

Drugs and garlic are hard, so do not take on an empty stomach. I hope you can take a little time to feel better soon! take care.

I also learned a new tip to John Popper of Blues Traveler: hot water, pepper, vinegar and honey. GROSS! Gargle and spit out all the nasty garbage. could be worth a try, but do not damage your voice! be sure to do maybe just hot water with lemon and the LordEy. also works and is much better.

Cough:
Who will benefit most from Mucinex and water. (general is good ... but do not take dextromethorphan during the day. Take it at night so you can cough and the rest stop. during the day, you need a ton of water, and take break that shit, until he lets you in peace!)
