As Kim said, I know. Residential Property Investment is held to 80% if you're lucky. Most are 75%. Full doc you might get 80%. IFFI was built even more. Keep in mind also, on the basis not only for your FICA score on the length of time at work and income.
I also have customers who, at 90%. Its almost impossible.
