I have tried everything ... REVLON Colorstay WONT always remain in my eyes. I only give eyeliner for the inside edge of my lower lashes to that effect, cat. But always, always ends in my eyes at the end of the day. I just want to stay where I put it. Even if you can recommend the best ones to chew a lot, it would be wonderful. Thanks
